In the second quarter of 2025, the leading communication apps in Sweden showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Snapchat from Snap Inc. saw its weekly revenue peak at approximately $150K by late May, with downloads maintaining a steady range around 7K weekly. Active users remained robust, fluctuating between 2.3M to 2.4M throughout the quarter.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out experienced a notable rise in revenue, reaching over $20K by the end of June. Downloads also showed a gradual increase, peaking at over 7K weekly. Active users, however, saw a decline from over 527K to around 455K.

Telegram showed consistent weekly revenue around $14K by June's end, while downloads remained strong, peaking at over 9K. Active user numbers increased, reaching over 933K by late June.

Truecaller: Spam Call Blocker maintained a steady revenue of around $11K weekly. Downloads varied, peaking at over 4.5K in mid-April, with active users slightly declining from 240K to around 207K.
